VA VECTOR

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) IDIQ is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that has a five-year base period and five option years and is a set-aside program for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses that covers general management and business support services to VA. Evanhoe has access to Service Group 1 as a sub to JJR Solutions and Service Groups 2 and 3 as a sub to Goldschmitt and Associates LLC.


Service Groups:

  • Service Group 1 – Management, Oversight and Improvement
  • Service Group 2 – Studies and Analysis
  • Service Group 3 – Training


Contract Type: IDIQ Multi Award (program ceiling of $25 billion)
Contract Period: August 27, 2018 – August 26, 2028 (base ordering period of 5 years)
