US MARINE CORPS AWARDS EVANHOE & ASSOCIATES A $12M CONTRACT

Riverside, Ohio – October 13, 2018 – Evanhoe & Associates, Inc. was recently awarded a CIO SP3 task order by the US Marine Corps to provide a provisioning and cataloging system that will integrate multiple processes and legacy systems into one dynamic, scalable, cloud-ready solution.

The contract, known as the U.S. Marine Corps Technical Data Management (TDM) Technology Upgrade Pilot, will build off the Technical Data Pilot (TDP) which was initiated to prove out new technologies and techniques to inform future modernization activities. The TDP leveraged a low-code Rapid Application Development (RAD) Platform coupled with a noSQL database that delivered a functioning application that drastically simplified user interaction, eliminated gaps in automated activities, and created robust validations to increase data quality.

As prime contractor, Evanhoe & Associates established a team of proven innovators and industry leaders that includes: MarkLogic, a leading NoSQL database; Appian, an industry leading business process management software (BPMS) provider; and Offset3, a service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVSOB) provider of software services.

“We are honored to have been selected as the best-value solution for the USMC TDM contract,” said Evanhoe President Chuck Evanhoe. “We are committed to the mission and success of the TDM program and are fully prepared to lean forward with the US Marine Corps to deliver a modern cataloging and provisioning solution.”

The $12.2M task order, fully funded by the USMC, includes a one-year base period with two one-year options to sustain and expand on the development accomplished during the first year.
