As Quality Manager, Molly manages the ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and CMMI Maturity Level 3 processes and procedures to maintain the current certifications/appraisals. Molly is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Molly has a bachelor of science in human resource management and operations management from Wright State University (WSU). In addition, she has an MBA with a concentration in project management, also from WSU. Outside of the workday, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, quilting, reading, and crafting.
