As Director of Contracts, Ashley Miller is responsible for negotiation, and management of all contracts and subcontracts. Ms. Miller has over 15 years of experience in contracts administration for Federal contracts in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from Hampton University, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity Washington University.
