As Vice President for Contracts & Administration, Marty is responsible for development of pricing, negotiation, and management of all contracts and subcontracts. Additionally, she oversees all HR, security, and company administration activities for Evanhoe & Associates. She has more than 25 years of experience in federal and commercial contracts management.
Marty started her contracting career with the United States Air Force (USAF) as a government civilian. As a contracting officer, she served in multiple roles in the USAF acquisition community, supporting the development of major weapon systems. She attended the University of Tennessee’s undergraduate program in business and then transferred to Wright State University (WSU), where she graduated with a BS in personnel management. She went on to receive an MBA from WSU. Marty is a member of National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and Women In Defense (WID).
