Front-End Web Application Developer

We currently seek a Front-End Web Application Developer to join our team in Dayton, OH.

Job Summary: The Front-End Web Application Developer will work as a member of a team developing primarily client facing software. The candidate should be motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Their responsibilities will include the translation of UX/UI concepts, designs, and wireframes into code that will produce the visual elements of the applications. The candidate will work with the team to bridge the gap between design and implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities include the following:
• Manage, monitor and maintain server hardware, software and application infrastructure
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Qualifications include the following:
• US citizenship with ability to obtain a secret clearance required
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML and CSS
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks

Senior Business Analyst

We currently seek a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Dayton, OH.

Job Summary: The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will work as a member of a development team providing important details, insight, analysis and documentation to the software development processes. They will be responsible to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. The candidate will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

The BA must be familiar with software development methodologies and concepts. The candidate will also be familiar with database design concepts and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

Imagery Analyst

We currently seek an Imagery Analyst to join our team at WPAFB, Dayton OH.

Job Description: The Imagery Analyst will be responsible for performing spatial analyses, creating detailed reports based on observation and analyses of detailed data, and creating effective maps, charts, and other images based on project-specific requirements.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Collaborate with clients and analyst to determine requirements for imagery products

Proposal Writer

Overview

  • Prepares and submits papers and proposals for the organization for existing or solicited projects.
  • Prepares applications including writing or amending program descriptions and compiling required data.
  • Writes and updates material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assists in the development of procedures for the receipt of RFPs from various sources.
  • Assists in the development of a process to review RFPs and assist with coordination of the review process.
  • Develops procedures to ensure compliance with proposal conditions.
  • Develops response document structure to requests for proposal (RFP’s) and letters of intent.
  • Provides technical editing expertise to formulate a response that articulates the message intended to be portrayed in the proposal.
  • Initiates and maintains communication with relevant entities/departments, both internal and external.
  • Provides reference, instruction and information services to staff as requested.
  • Organizes information tools and resources for optimal accessibility.
  • May assist in data analysis and the design of data presentation.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in relevant field of study
  • 4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in an IT or related environment
